4. Air Ticket Cancellation
Air ticket cancellation and refund policies are governed by the respective airline's rules and regulations.

5. Hotel & Resort Booking Cancellation
Hotel cancellation policies vary depending on the hotel or resort.

6. Visa Service Charges
Visa processing fees, embassy fees, government fees, and service charges are generally non-refundable once the application has been submitted.
Visa approval or rejection is solely the decision of the respective embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.
No refund will be provided for visa refusals where processing has already been completed.
7. Payment Gateway Charges
Payment gateway processing fees, bank charges, convenience fees, and transaction charges may be deducted from the refundable amount where applicable.
8. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
