Indian Medical Visa Documents:-

1. Passport
2. Copy of NID card
3. Copy of a paid utility bill of the house
4. Bank statement main copy / Main copy of 150 dollar endorsement
5. Appointment letter and AYUSH letter from Indian doctor
6. Copy of medical papers from Bangladeshi doctor
7. Copy of trade license if businessman / copy of NOC if employed
8. Copy of student ID card if student
9. Photocopy of retired paper if retired person
10. Passport copy
11. Last Indian visa copy if you have been to India before
12. One copy of a recent photograph that has not been used to obtain a visa for any country.

Special Note: On the day of submitting your passport at the embassy, ​​you must bring all your old passports and the prescription or report from a Bangladeshi doctor.
